Adult Day Health Center: 221 19th St. SW 641-421-2577. The Salvation Army ADHC is a community-based program that serves frail, dependent adults and their caregivers. The Center provides socialization, nursing services, nutritious meals and therapeutic activities for the participants while giving their caregivers some valuable respite and education.
