Hello, I would like to introduce myself. I am the woman who sits next to you in church and participates in church activities and groups. I am the friendly lady who exercises beside you at the pool and at the YMCA. I am the woman who you see going to the movies with my friends or having coffee at the local restaurant. I am the woman who has Bi-Polar disorder, a form of mental illness.

I LIVE UNITED by volunteering with local efforts that improve the lives of children in my community. I LIVE UNITED by making an annual contribution to United Way of North Central Iowa fund and by asking others to give also knowing that our dollars will go to those that need them most.
