Decisions are make locally by:
- Local Board of Directors
- Local Community Impact volunteers
- Local finance, audit, marketing committees, etc...
Money raised in north central Iowa... Stays in north central Iowa.
Structure of Community Impact Teams- the means by which volunteers allocate funds to the programs we support.
Community Impact Chair - A volunteer that works hard to ensure the process is run efficiently and effectively.
Community Impact Panel Chairs - The process is built of 7 panels, each with a chair to oversee one panel of programs.
Community Impact Panel Volunteers- These decision makers are assigned to a panel depending on their interests and involvement with agencies and programs. We need volunteers from all over our 9 county area to ensure that everyone's needs area addressed and noted in each panel.
